Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product.

We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Delivery Issues
VEYA Botanica is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared or out for delivery.
