Subscription Plans
By purchasing a floral subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected schedule (weekly or monthly). Each arrangement is uniquely designed using seasonal flowers and may vary from images shown.
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected delivery frequency. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.
Modifications & Cancellation
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Delivery
We offer local delivery within Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and scheduling.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of floral arrangements, all subscription deliveries are non-refundable once processed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
